Son of Joe Driscoll and Laura Moser; Brian Moser was the eldest of two boys.Having a drug dealer father and a mother with less than healthy habits, Brian was raised in an unstable home beside his brother, Dexter. He showed signs of Anti-Social Personality disorder from a young age, evident by his blatant disregard for living things.Laura never sought treatment for this behaviour, and simply said that Brian was insufferable toward babysitters which is why she couldn't afford to leave home. The price for her freedom when Joe Driscoll was inevitably arrested was to become a confidential informant for the MMPD.With his mother's recruitment as Harry Morgan's C.I. , Brian found himself slowly becoming aware of an unprofessional relationship brewing between the two. This distaste for adultery would seep into his adult years.Eventually, the work Brian's mother had been doing got to a point where she urged Harry to release her of her Informant position. Tensions were bubbling with the dangerous crowd she had been involved with.One Last Deal - He said, which led to her , Brian and Dexter being kidnapped and locked inside a shipment container.There, the two boys would witness the brutal dismemberment of their mother, and be left to sit in her blood for two days.After they were both rescued, it was speculated by Harry and brian's social worker Barb, that he was far too unstable to be placed in another home after several violent incidents. Whilst dexter had been adopted by Harry, Brian was sent to live out his childhood and early adulthood inside a mental institute.Therapists and treating nurses noted that Brian had developed an obsession with his brother Dexter and getting back to him. A ceaseless need to save his brother and reunite with his family.At the age of 21, Brian was released, and immediately begins his pursuit of dexter and revenge on those that had wronged him.Another unfortunate run in with Harry has him sent off to Paris to study the human form, convinced by him that dexter was "normal." His studies weren't completed by the time Brian relapsed and returned to Miami, waiting out for the right time to insert himself into Dexter's life. It is only after Harry's death and perfecting his kill method that Brian makes himself known - As Rudy Cooper, the Orthotist. (Age 37)It's later revealed that Rudy Cooper -- Brian Moser -- Was the notorious Ice Truck Killer, leaving frozen body parts and buckets of blood as triggering clues for his brother Dexter to remember who he was and what happened to the pair as children.

Brian's obsession knew no bounds. As he was killing women and earning his Moniker as the ITK, he was also stalking dexter, going as far as to break into his house and find his blood slide trophies which confirmed what Brian already knew -- His brother was infact a killer like him.He quickly learned that Dexter was close to his adoptive sister, Debra Morgan, and decided to use that to get himself directly involved with Dexter — and to gain her trust.Having both of these things meant that when his plan would finally come to fruition, Brian and Dexter would be free to kill whoever they wanted together.Debra's blind love for him allowed Brian to lead her to his late mother's house where he would drug her and prepare her body for Dexter to kill , as to solidify their new chapter as blood brothers. It didn't work out that way with the police arriving on the scene , and dexters reluctance to harm her.-- CANONICAL --
Betrayed and desperate -- one last act of failed vengeance, Brian attempts to kill Debra in her sleep. He finally meets his demise for threatening her life a second time.
Instead of Debra, he finds himself on the receiving end of Dexter's blade with an open throat and a kill staged as suicide.-- ALTERNATE ENDING -- CURRENTLY:
On Brian's own table, hands and gauze are pressing down on an open wound across Brian's throat. A change of heart? Pity? He wasn't left to bleed out, though the blood that had spilled was put to good use in staging a fake death for the police to close the ITK case.

This account is not ship focused, and as a result romantic connections will not be actively pursued. This is due to the fact that Brian's character is extremely problematic. Watering him down for a relationship isn't something I'm interested in doing as it dulls down the character and makes the portrayal less accurate.005.

Many writers do support this, but my own personal preference is to be selective to verses that house no "supernatural" abilities. No I'm not interested in writing a serial killer with a person that can send Brian flying with the flick of a finger. I can't emulate what he would even do because it would never happen. This can be seen as a lack of creativity by some, but I have written in mvrp verses before such as Marvel , The Boys , Supernatural , Call of Duty etc etc. I've had adequate experience in it and prefer to stick to mundane verses. This helps me make my portrayal as accurate as possible.
